Bellevue Hill Residence III

We delivered this seven bedroom, five bathroom home in record time.

The construction process involved excavating beneath the base of the building, and then completing the structure of this five-storey house.

The structure is brick and concrete, and has a highly complicated steel roof frame, clad in Zinc.

The design includes a home theatre, billiard room, sauna, a new pool suspended over the tennis court below, and a climbing wall beside the courts.
