Bellevue Hill Residence IV

We transformed this tired old cape-cod house to a magnificent residence in just a year.

Once the first storey was removed, we installed a complicated set of steel beams to support the new second storey.

No part of the original house was left untouched, including the pool which was completely refurbished, and the front and back yards re-landscaped.
