This duplex comprising of one 3-level apartment and one single level apartment takes full advantage of the sloping block on which it is perched, nestled deep inside Sydney’s exclusive suburb of Darling Point.

Internal finishes including off-form concrete ceilings, Vitrocsa sliding doors recessed into walls, and custom-built joinery throughout are housed beneath one of Sydney’s most unique roof & ceiling structures – a complicated curved form made possible with the use of steel, concrete, plasterboard and custom mosaic tiles that tested our team to an extraordinary level in order to deliver.

The most difficult of challenges result in the greatest of rewards, and as such we are incredibly proud of the result we have achieved for our very special owners.
