Double Bay Residence I

This project involved the new build of a brick and concrete home in Double Bay.

The three bedroom, three-bathroom home is designed with open plan living areas, a plunge pool and a unique timber, steel, plasterboard and glass staircase.

The site is in an area prone to flooding, which required us to employ a complex system of screw pile foundations held together with a concrete footing system.
