Dover Heights Residences

This project involved the construction of two homes side-by-side on a huge Dover Heights block.

The site constraints were extremely challenging, as extensive excavation in rock and underpinning on one boundary needed to occur before the three concrete slabs and concrete roof were poured.

The design combines intricate steel and concrete structural elements to take advantage of the magnificent views to the city and harbour.
