Rose Bay Residence I

This amazing three level, four bedroom, five-bathroom home involved major alterations and additions, and foreshore landscaping.

The project involved major rectification works prior to starting the home refurbishment.

We attached a new staircase to the side of the house, leading from the street to the waterfront, which was built in conjunction with the remainder of the work. This allowed better ventilation behind walls below ground level.

We also built a new boat storage house at the water’s edge, as well as major structural landscaping works.

The handling of materials was extremely difficult throughout the project, with much of the work facilitated by barge deliveries.
