Vaucluse Residence VII

We recently completed this new three level, four-bedroom home in Vaucluse.

We needed to be thoughtful and methodical in the building process, to complete the build on time within 16 months.

The construction process was particularly challenging as we needed to excavate the third level below ground out of rock.

Luxury finishes throughout include brass, cedar, steel windows, stone and timber – all integrated seamlessly.

The residence is operated through Dynalite Smart Home – a complete home automation system which enables the user to efficiently control settings including energy usage, security and lighting.
