As one of the few homes with beachfront access to Kutti Beach, the new owners of this classic harbourside home wanted to give it a new life and tailor it to the way their young family would be able to enjoy all it has to offer for many years to come.

Descending from the street down towards the beach at the rear, the home flows upon no less than 6 different levels, bringing light into every room, allowing plenty of space for everyone to either keep to themselves, or come together and create memories with family and friends.

Horizon worked closely with Tobias Partners to deliver this unique home. An abundance of timber and other natural finishes make it feel earthy, light-filled and warm throughout the seasons.
