Woollahra Residence I

This renovation of two tired 1970s townhouses was completed in less than a year, with both renovations taking place, side-by-side, at the same time.

A new third level was added to each home, as well as a pool in each backyard, which required underpinning the neighbour’s property behind.

Access was difficult, and required us to store materials and bins in the garages. Holes were cut in the walls between the townhouses to allow access between the two for the majority of the project.
