This Woollahra terrace has an amazing outlook over Cooper Park that makes the occupants feel like there is no one else around them at all.

Faced with an existing building with a poor internal layout, unusable basement due to dampness, and a pool that just didn’t work, Horizon worked with the owners and design team to completely remodel the inside of the home, adding new bedrooms and bathrooms, a kids’ rumpus room, and new pool and internal access from the new garage.

A sophisticated waterproofing and damp-proofing system was designed and executed to make the basement level not only liveable, but a bright, sunny place for teenagers to live!
